I wanted to take this opportunity to share about my experience with Coastline Carehivers. Erra was part of a 2 person rotation that was put into place to help give around the clock care for my grandmother who was dependent on having someone there to help her with daily demands. The care that Erra provided for my grandmother helped nurse her back to a point where she was able to manage her health without the need of daily supervision. My grandmother is a very independent person and that was a concern we had with bringing this type of care in for her. From the start, Erra bonded with my grandmother and quickly became a person that she could rely on. She would help with the daily medication needs, getting her to appointments, common household upkeep, cooking, hygiene, exercise/mobility, and most important…companionship. During this difficult time, Erra would find ways to challenge and motivate my grandmother so that she could return to being self-independent again. Erra brings a great mixture of professionalism and the warmth of a family member. Safety or wellbeing was never a concern with my family while she was on shift. We never got the impression that she was uncomfortable with the demands or tasks that needed to be done. She was well organized and versed in her skillsets. In addition to her personal attention to my grandmother, she was also able to help explain or be a resource for additional care options associated with bringing my grandmother back to a speedy recovery. I recommend her without a concern or reservation and hope this letter will serve as a reference for quality care that can be expected from Coastline Caregivers
